Day Wireless Systems, a dynamic leader in wireless communications, is seeking an outside Sales Representative to grow our wireless business in the Benicia market.  The successful candidate must have a documented record of success developing new business, creating and maintaining strong relationships, and at least 2 years experience in outside B2B sales.  Industry experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who has the drive and experience to succeed.

This highly motivated Sales Rep will be responsible for:

• Managing existing customer base accounts.
• Prospecting and Cold Calling.
• Creating proposals and maintaining sales funnel.
• Exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Senior Two-Way Radio Technician - Benicia

Day Wireless Systems, a Motorola authorized full service two-way and wireless communications dealer, seeks a qualified Two-Way Radio Senior Technician to install, repair, align and maintain two-way radio communication systems in our Benicia Service Center.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Must have capabilities with installation, maintenance, and repair of base systems, repeaters, remote controls, multiplexers, antenna systems, microwave systems, battery backup systems, and solar power systems. Good computer skills required with ability to program, trouble shoot and/or perform system diagnostics on complex communication systems. Experience with dispatch consoles, paging infrastructure and trunked radio systems a must. Must be able to work in a team environment on large installation projects requiring skills in cabling, connectorization, and system optimization.
Candidates must possess an industry license from testing agency (FCC, FICA or NARTE) as well as a clean driving record and valid drivers license. Two-year degree in electronics field is highly desirable.

Successful candidates will be motivated, customer service oriented and professional in appearance. Must be willing and able to work after normal business hours on call and compensation is commensurate with experience.
