Darrell is a member of IEEE and has over 34 years in wireless communications, including military communications training, 16 years as a field engineer and field specialist, and over 15 years as Shop Manager and Area Operations Manager. He is experienced in microwave and two-way radio systems design, installation and repair; and communications service management.
Dave Drolet - Systems Design Professional / Project Manager
An IEEE and Project Management Institute member with over 33 years in the technology and management of communications systems, Dave has an FCC Commercial Radiotelephone License, and is certified as a Washington State Electrical Administrator. He has over 10 years of designing in-building amplification and distribution systems, 17 years in project management, and 26 years in antenna site facility management.
John Jenkins - Systems Design Professional
John Jenkins has more than 30 years experience in various aspects of wireless radio frequency communication technologies, including military air traffic control systems, public utility SCADA systems, simulcast public safety radio systems, public safety dispatch center console systems, LAN network/ router systems, and Windows NT and 2000 DNS server systems. John holds a Bachelor’s degree, a radio communication technology AAS Degree, an FCC General Radio Telephone License with Ship’s Radar Endorsement, and is a member of the Seattle Public Schools Technical Education Advisory Committee.
Arnold Ragsdale - Systems Design Professional
Arnold has over 30 years experience in RF communications and has served as a Day Wireless Shop Manager, overseeing commercial and public agency projects. He holds an FCC General Radio Telephone License, a CET certification and an AS in Electronics and has expertise in design and implementation of microwave, paging, trunking, simulcasting and console systems, and radio over IP. Motorola certified, he has managed key Day Wireless radio systems and sites and many customer facilities.
Jennifer Skilowitz - Systems Design Professional
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and mathematics (Magna Cum Laude), and a Master of Science, and has over 8 years’ experience designing telecommunication systems including cables and fiber, customer premise cabinets, remote terminals, cross connects, inside-building terminals, and digital loop carrier systems. She has special expertise with in-building signal booster systems and broadband network systems.
Will Rogers - Systems Design Professional
Will holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. He does system design, propagation and coverage studies, link analysis, design graphics, general document preparation, & as-built documentation.
Rachel Gruber - Systems Design Specialist
Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. She is certified in Microsoft Networking and Operating Essentials, and as a Motorola Wireless Field Engineer (MWFE). She is experienced in integrated circuit manufacturing and new process management, as an RF coverage study project leader, and in managing and producing documentation and deliverables.
Steve Shelton - Proposal and Report Manager
Steve has 25 years of operational management in the wireless industry with 10 years at Day Wireless Systems. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s from the School of Journalism at San Jose State University.
