Day Wireless Systems is proud to have a history in the world of communications that links back 100 years.
1905 - the Estacada Telephone & Telegraph Company was founded to provide the
latest in high technology communications - basic telephone service - to the good folks of eastern Clackamas County Oregon.
1924 - Estacada Tel was bought by the Smith / Day family that operates it today.
1969 - the Day family launched their wireless version of local communications with the start of Clackamas Communications, a Motorola radio service station.
1971 - Estacada Tel becomes Cascade Utilities - a better recognition of the wider range of communications services offered which today includes telephone, cable and ISP services in Oregon and Nevada.
1998 - the radio company name becomes Day Wireless Systems.
Today, Day Wireless offers the latest in sophisticated services and technologies including digital radio, Free Space Optics and IP based solutions. With offices throughout California, Oregon and Washington, Day Wireless is the region leader in wireless integration for demanding customers.
